At Unnamed Label, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition with tags still attached
- Returned in the original packaging
You will need your order confirmation email or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return Costs
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We will cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you.
Change of mind returns: Return shipping is at your cost. This includes situations where the item doesn't fit, you ordered the wrong size, or you've simply changed your mind. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Fulfilment are handled through our international fulfilment partner.
Approved returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer support team.

How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us Email info@unnamedlabel.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, your reason for returning, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Step 2: Wait for authorisation Within 1 to 2 business days we will send you a return authorisation number along with the return address and packing instructions. Please do not send anything back before receiving this. Unauthorised returns may be rejected.
Step 3: Pack your return Use the original packaging where possible and make sure all tags are included. Pack the item securely and write your return authorisation number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship your return Use a trackable shipping method and hold onto your tracking number. We recommend following the carrier instructions provided in your authorisation email.
Refunds
Once we receive your return we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria. If approved your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the amount to your account.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is accepted. If you need help with this contact us at info@unnamedlabel.com and we will guide you through it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Swimwear and underwear for hygiene reasons
- Sale and final sale items
- Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered contact us at info@unnamedlabel.com straight away so we can make it right.
